TULIX SYSTEMS WELCOMES VISTA III MEDIA
TULIX SYTEMS would like to welcome VISTA III MEDIA of Atlanta, Georgia to its list of COMMUNITY™ customers. In December VISTA III launched their community application under the branded title of VISTA-EXPRESS and is offering it to their high speed customers.
Vista III Media was formed by Neil R. McHugh in partnership with Boston Ventures, a Massachusetts based private equity investment firm, to acquire and operate cable television systems. While Vista is a new entity, Mr. McHugh, Boston Ventures and key members of the management team have all worked together successfully in the past.
Founded in 1983, Boston Ventures has a long history of investing in the media, communications and entertainment industries. The firm has made numerous cable television investments over the past 19 years.
Vista's business plan calls for upgrading all of their systems to improve video reception quality, increase the number of channels, and deploy additional services, including digital cable and broadband Internet access.
Vista III Media LLC currently has cable systems serving Oxford, Lafayette County, Abbeville, New Albany, Myrtle, Ecru, Union County, Booneville, Jumpertown, Prentiss County, Baldwyn, North Lee County, Guntown, Saltillo, Shannon, Nettleton, South Lee County, Amory, Smithville, Becker, Hatley and Aberdeen, Mississippi. Vista currently operates offices in Oxford, Booneville, New Albany and Amory, Mississippi with a corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia.
